  • Starters: We troed Degustazione di tapas, Tapas of the day with local cold cuts and cheeses (recommended for two people) tis an excellent way to start your meal. The bruschetta is another hit, fresh and vibrant.

  • Pasta Dishes: The Tagliolini al Tartufo Fresco, handmade tagliolini with truffle butter and fresh truffle shavings, ranks among the best pasta dishes we’ve ever tasted in Italy. Handmade bustter pastas for the kids was also excelelnt.

  • Main Courses: Grilled specialties at Osteria del Tumi truly stand out, featuring lamb, steaks, ossobuco, and wild boar stew. The Carré di Agnello, a unique lamb dish with Andean herb sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables, completely won us over with its bold, unforgettable flavors. We also loved the Pesce del Giorno, a fresh fish of the day paired with false scallops in a rich Tumi sauce, elevated by sturgeon or mullet caviar—an outstanding treat.

  • Desserts: The tiramisù is a standout, one of the best we’ve ever had. Gelato and profiteroles are also delicious ways to end your meal.
